Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our Software Testing and Quality Assurance services across assigned market regions. The role is responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and building a sustainable sales pipeline aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role plays a critical part in shaping regional go-to-market execution and achieving ambitious revenue targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Own and achieve sales targets for Software Testing services across assigned market regions.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-sized and enterprise-level clients.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract closure.
Market & Client Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, QA Heads, and Product Leaders.
  • Understand customer business challenges and align our services & solutions (manual, automation, performance, security, managed testing, etc.) accordingly.
  • Drive landing & expansion through cross-selling and upselling of testing services.
Go-to-Market Execution
  • Execute regional sales strategies in alignment with the Head of Sales & Chief Growth Officer’s growth plan.
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and pre-sales teams on proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as required.
Forecasting & Reporting
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to the Head of Sales.
  • Track sales KPIs and maintain CRM discipline.
  • Share competitive intelligence and client feedback to influence service offerings and strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience in IT services, with strong exposure to Consulting & Software Testing services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets across multiple regional markets.
  • Experience selling complex, solution-based services rather than products.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), quality assurance practices and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within technology, digital, or enterprise IT decision-makers.
  • Experience selling nearshore/offshore IT services models.
  • Familiarity with contract structures, MSAs, and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned regions as required.
