Your responsibilities
- Hands-on test consulting and test management with knowledge of different testing disciplines
- Interest in and first hands-on experience of managing testing in an integrated environment
- Delivering value-oriented and quality-assured solutions in an agile environment
- Continuously improve internal and client testing methodologies and processes
- Develop test approaches and concepts that influence multiple streams
- Managing and coordinating testing teams for large-scale programs as well as during regular releases
- Design and implement proof of concepts (PoCs) to advance automation capabilities
- Implementing a metrics-driven approach to test planning and test management
- Cultivate and strengthen long-term client relationships, focusing on retention and business growth
- Contribute with your knowledge and experience within the Sixsentix test consulting community
Your profile
- You possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in testing or IT projects
- You bring several years of hands-on experience in consulting, with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks
- You have experimented with different testing frameworks and are keen to use this in client environments
- You are well-versed in multiple testing frameworks, with expert-level knowledge in at least one
- You have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to the client’s environment while taking effective action
- You thrive in challenging environments, confidently taking ownership of projects and driving them to success
- Your communication and presentation skills are highly developed, enabling you to effectively convey complex ideas
