Job Description

As Senior Test Consultant your main responsibilities would be designing and developing test plans, executing tests, analyzing results, and creating reports for international clients in banking and other industries. Working closely in a team, you’ll be responsible for delivering sustainable solutions within and around the Client Testing Department. Also, you will coach clients as a trusted QA Consultant.

Apart from culture fit being of paramount importance, for our current job opening we are looking for the following:

•    Proven experience in writing pragmatic test strategies, planning test scenarios, writing and executing test plans and test cases, and creating required test data
•    Several years of experience in test automation e.g. Tosca, Selenium, Appium or any other test automation tool is an advantage
•    Desirable experience with load and performance testing 
•    Able to consult and influence stakeholders
•    Experience in mentoring and/or coaching
•    Experience in Agile & Scrum 
•    Customer and project accountability 
•    Communicational and presentational skills
•    Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think ahead, with a good eye for detail
•    Academic degree in IT/Economics/Mathematics is desired 
•    Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
•    Able to travel for international projects, if needed

•    Creating requirement structures and risk weighting with Business representatives on the client side
•    Creating Test Case Design; Designing Methodological Test Data; Programming Tool-plugins and adaptors
•    Test automation tools and processes
•    Automating Test Cases in different tools
•    Broad technical IT knowledge 
•    Working in an agile environment (Scrum) and developing an agile engineering mindset
•    Supporting our clients and prospects with expertise in different technical-related questions
•    Client-facing work and consulting environment
•    Collaborating with teams in Switzerland, Serbia, Austria, Poland, Germany and Abu Dhabi
•    Working on multiple projects
