Hi Nenad, could you tell us a bit about your role of a Delivery Manager and what do you find most rewarding in this role?
“The Delivery Manager role takes care of the services we provide to our clients, ensuring that service is always at the highest level. I am also responsible for our work with clients, people management, looking after our people, and making sure they are always satisfied. Because of that, besides working with people, the most rewarding thing for me is the opportunity to help our employees.”
It was April 1st, 2017, when you joined Sixsentix Serbia, and April 1st, 2022, when you got promoted to Delivery Manager :) But jokes aside, you took things very seriously right from the start, so tell us a bit about your career path. What has been your career highlight at Sixsentix Serbia so far?
“I started as a system admin, and when I moved to Sixsentix Serbia to a junior position, my career took an upward path. From the start, I was met with generous help from my colleagues and good organization in the company. I knew this was the place where serious approach and commitment are valued. My superiors recognized that, which gave them the confidence to assign me more responsible roles. One of those roles, and a personal career highlight, was the success of the project done for one of European sports associations, that started with three people and grew to 18 due to teamwork and great commitment. My opinion is that the project would have progressed even more if it had not been for the current (Covid) pandemic. But that was also a challenge that we faced successfully due to our teamwork and united goals.”
Who has influenced you most when it comes to how you approach your work?
“To be honest, no one specifically influenced me. From the very beginning and my first job, I have always tried to use every experience in the best possible way. I looked to adopt positive things from more experienced colleagues, and gain knowledge from every source so I could get a broader picture of important things for my work. When you approach your profession like that, your experience accumulates over the years, and you find a way of working that is best suited for your personality. I believe that is very important for everyone.”
What’s your superpower?
“My realistic view of the world. I never twist the truth and I always tell it as it is. It helps you separate the wheat from the chaff.”

“Never give up, be persistent and work on yourself because there is never enough new knowledge. Organize your time well, cherish every experience, and don't be afraid to put yourself out of your comfort zone. New challenges are opportunities for getting the best out of your skills. Trust yourself and make the best out of your day. CARPE DIEM!”
